?eská spo?itelna Campus

In the Smichov area in Prague, HofmanDujardin designed the interior of a newly developed headquarters for the ?eská spo?itelna Campus. As the leading bank in Czechia, ?eská spo?itelna’s philosophy is to guide people lifelong on the path to prosperity, thus contributing to the collective prosperity of the country. HofmanDujardin translated the path to prosperity into an inspiring and inclusive architectural journey.

HofmanDujardin designed the full interior of the 80.000m² office buildings. A vibrant route was developed, which connects the different floors and buildings, designed by the architects of Baumschlager Eberle Architekten and Pavel Hnili?ka Architects+Planners. This route starts at the welcoming ground floor and carries on up to the rooftop terraces.

The path of prosperity

The expressive journey passes through the vertical working environment and naturally stimulates encounters between employees. This way, the diverse programmed route creates exciting connections and fosters a collaborative atmosphere. On each office floor of the different towers, the plan shows a similar layout. Meeting rooms and a more active program is concentrated around the vertical journey, while focus and work areas are separated from these lively zones.

The journey through the building with stairs and voids reflects the bank's vision of the path of prosperity

Campus design

The new campus design was developed in close collaboration with Baumschlager Eberle Architekten and Pavel Hnilička Architects+Planners. It is part of a large development located North of the river Vltava. Here, a new district named "Smíchov South” is being built on the site of a former railway station.
